First contact from the Centro Software HR office
If your CV fits our requirements, you will receive a call from our HR department to schedule your first interview
Introductory interview with the area manager
The area manager for the position you applied for will ask you some questions to start evaluating whether you are the right person for the job
Online psycho-aptitude test
If the previous step goes well, you will receive a link to take a psycho-aptitude test designed to bring out your personal characteristics
Analysis of test results with a specialist
A specialized professional will analyze the results of your test with you, investigating the strengths and weaknesses of your profile
If you are deemed fit for the position, we will schedule the last selection step for you, during which you will receive the official contract proposal
