Internships
Centro Software is always carefull to valorize high school and university students, both to promote their creativity and ability to bring elements of innovation, and to facilitate their introduction to the labour market. To promote this kind of activities, we are pleased to take part in Career Days, the yearly events organized by universities to help students, undergraduates and graduates make their first steps in the job market and navigate selection processes and placement in workplaces. We always take in consideration proposals for school-to-work internships with high schools, university curricular internships or extracurricular internships.

Cappellari institute
Our partnership with the Cappellari Institute allows us to help young profiles grow and increase their skill set to find a stable job.
The Cappellari institute offers useful training courses held by Centro Software developers with long-established experience in this sector, in order to better train students on the software development languages used for the development of our ERP systems. Participants are then selected and included in the company’s staff for a trial period that is meant to ultimately turn into a stable employment.
